Caffè mocha

Pour Over
Begin pouring water slowly over the coffee, starting at the outer rim and moving in a steady spiral toward the center of the grounds. Stop pouring when the scale reaches 60 grams. Make sure all the grounds are saturated, even if you need to add a little water. The pour should take about 15 seconds.

Espresso
Espresso is a coffee-making method of Italian origin, in which a small amount of nearly boiling water is forced under pressure through finely-ground coffee beans. Espresso coffee can be made with a wide variety of coffee beans and roasts.

If you’re not buying the best coffee beans possible, you’re cheating yourself out of truly delicious, high-quality coffee.
But choosing the right beans is only half the battle. If you don’t store them properly, they’re going to lose all that awesome flavor before they even make it to the grinder, let alone into your cup. So before you pour good money—and what could’ve been good coffee—down the drain, learn what to look for in your coffee beans, and then what to do with them once you get them home.
Great Coffee
Arabica beans are far superior to Robusta in terms of flavor and quality (1). Often grown at higher elevations; giving the beans more time to develop their favor. Robusta beans contain more caffeine than Arabica. They are also much more disease resistant and produce a higher yield. That is why farmers still like to grow robusta, even though they sell for a much lower price.
Robusta is grown for companies that produce instant coffee and other lower quality, grocery store blends. You probably won’t see a roaster advertising their Robusta coffee. Stay away from it if you love great coffee.
